In most instances, clothing does not need to be removed but simply moved aside to allow access to apply the laser therapy device.

How Low Level Laser Therapy began................
The use of lasers grew from UV therapy which won Nils Finsen a Nobel prize in 1904.
Laser therapy can penetrate 7cm, delivering the healing energy deep into the tissues of the body. Nourishment from the bodies blood suppy is brought to the area to encourage healing. White blood cells (the immune system) are also brought to the area to clean up inflammation and other waste products.
